Get ready for a day of thrills, skills, and a little bit of chaos! The Sideshow is Empire Skatepark’s flagship inline skating event, featuring a jam-style competition plus a series of fun side challenges that will test your courage, creativity, and sense of humor.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged — not only does it help us plan an epic day, but it also ensures you get one of the limited goodie bags competitors will get! Day-of registration will be available, but we can't guarantee the swag if you wait.
Competitor entry fees:

• $20 registers you for all the events (jam session/runs & side events)

Prizes include a goodie bag for all contentants, as well as:

• Jam Session:
  • $500 for first place
  • $300 for second place
  • $150 for third place
• Sideshow Events:
  • $50 last standing on The Highwire - A rail stretched across the bowl and filled with sharks and aliens (inflatable... probably)
  • $50 last standing on The Impossible Rail - Crazy corners and curves; can you ride it without falling off?
  • $50 best score on the game of B.L.A.D.E. (THPS style format) - hit the spots quickly, in order, and with style to get the most points

Cash prizes could potentially scale up as registrations are made - so bring your crew and help grow the pot!
